You are invited to join Ayurvedic Chef + Health Counselor Meredith Klein this spring for a week-long food-based cleansing experience! The Pranaful Cleanse will help boost your connection with prana (vital life force energy) and invite your body closer to a state of optimal health, with the support of experienced guides and a nourishing online community. The cleanse is a fantastic way to reconnect with your personal intentions, an opportunity to examine and redefine your relationship with food, as well as an invitation to recommit to self-care routines that may have slipped amidst life's many competing demands. 

This cleanse provides a nourishing routine and structure that allow you to conserve the energy that would otherwise be spent planning meals and making grocery lists, freeing you up to have more time to tend to the state of your body, heart and nervous system. Our focus is on rejuvenation, not deprivation. We cultivate curiosity and promote adaptability, rather than blindly following rigid rules and protocols.

In a world where we are exposed to toxins multiple times a day – in our food, our indoor and outdoor environments, our water, and more – a regular cleansing practice is needed more than ever before. This type of cleanse is one of the most effective forms of preventative medicine for reducing the accumulation of toxins, which Ayurveda (as well as other medical systems) recognize as the first step in the formation of chronic disease.

The Pranaful Cleanse was designed by Meredith as a hybrid juice fast and Ayurvedic cleanse, to provide an experience that is both effective in facilitating detoxification, while also nourishing for body, mind and spirit. The cleanse is perfect whether you are an experienced cleanser or if this is your first cleansing experience, and is particularly effective for individuals who have struggled with liquids-only fasts or who generally don’t do well with overly restrictive regimens. (Note: juicing is optional and a cooked breakfast option is offered as part of the cleanse plan for those who do not have a juicer or would prefer something cooked or a bit more substantial in the mornings).

Choose a Pricing Option


The online cleanse experience includes three live sessions (also available as video recordings) before, during and after the week-long process to guide your journey, and to provide an opportunity for you to ask Meredith questions and share experiences with your co-cleansers. We also stay connected via a lively private online forum where cleansers build community and support one another throughout the week. Daily morning practice sessions (featuring meditation, movement practices, etc.) are held live on Zoom (and also recorded) and are followed by an interactive “community check-in” where participants can connect in real time to share their experiences with one another.

Live Cleanse Schedule


All times listed are Pacific time zone. All live sessions are recorded for playback at your convenience.

March 18 – live introductory session (90 minutes) – 5:30 p.m.

March 19–22 – shopping and preparation

March 23–29 – cleansing and live daily practice sessions

March 25 – live midweek session (75 minutes) – 5:30 p.m.

March 29 – closing session (60 minutes) – 5:00 p.m.


Registered participants receive access to all materials needed to complete the cleanse, and can complete their cleanse during any one-week timeframe of their choosing if they cannot join us during the live cleanse week.



The Cleanse Program Includes:

  • Three live sessions (including Q+A) with Meredith and other participants to guide you through the process so that you feel confident every step of the way
  • Daily live guided meditations/movement practices (with recordings available after) with Meredith + guest teachers
  • Daily community check-ins (via Zoom), a chance to connect with other participants

  • Access to a private online cleanse community forum to share experiences and motivation with other participants

Meet Your Cleanse Guides



Meredith Klein is a Los Angeles-based Ayurvedic Health Counselor, therapeutic chef, author and mindfulness instructor who is passionate about helping individuals to experience radical transformation through simple dietary and lifestyle practices. The unifying theme across Meredith’s work is nourishment, and her offerings are primarily informed by the ongoing study and practice of Ayurveda, yoga, and Zen Buddhism in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. She has led the Pranaful Cleanse each fall and spring for the last 16 years. Her approach to cleansing and detoxification is gentle and joyful, and she strives to foster a spirit of inquiry and self compassion. Click here to learn more about Meredith’s work. 



We are delighted to have Sam Bianchini joining us to share wisdom and guided practices during our week together. For almost 15 years, Sam has devoted her life to working with indigenous wisdom keepers from around the world. She is a ceremonial facilitator, sound healer, international yoga teacher+educator, herbalist, artist, musician, psychedelic guide, and (most importantly) a friend. Sam leads retreats, workshops, and ritual around the world, and is known best for her communal classes that are held in the style of a deeply spiritual ceremony.

Outside of the healing world, she is an actress, director, producer, musician, and writer, as well as a lover of great wine, wolves, Tom Waits, Tom Robbins, Leonard Cohen, and her furry best friend, Guy. She believes that our joy is an act of resistance, and that we are all just walking each other home.
