Bring More Confidence and Ease to Each Meal
Feeding children is a great responsibility, one that can alter the course of their relationship with food for life. Whether you are just transitioning to solids or in a food rut with an older toddler, we want to help you bring more variety, flavor and fun to the table.
In this one-hour online course, we will challenge popular notions that feeding a toddler needs to be an arduous process or oriented towards any one particular feeding philosophy. Instead, we believe that by simply returning to common sense principles and emphasizing a variety of flavors, textures and colors, feeding young children can be simple and fun.
About Our Approach
We are a feeding therapist and a holistic chef with over 40 years of combined experience in our respective fields. We both have training in Ayurvedic medicine, one of the world’s oldest medical systems that emphasizes diet as a foundational underpinning of good health. We have observed that like many things in today’s world, people have become very divided and dogmatic around the simple act of feeding toddlers nourishing and healthy meals. We sincerely believe that by returning to common sense and time-tested principles, family meals can be harmonious and enjoyable.
In this course, you will:
- Understand the readiness of skills and functions for the different phases of the eating journey, and learn ways to accelerate the learning process
