Feeding children is a great responsibility, one that can alter the course of their relationship with food for life. Whether you are just transitioning to solids or in a food rut with an older toddler, we want to help you bring more variety, flavor and fun to the table.
In this 90-minute online class, we will challenge popular notions that feeding a toddler needs to be an arduous process or oriented towards any one particular feeding philosophy. Instead, we believe that by simply returning to common sense principles and emphasizing a variety of flavors, textures and colors, feeding young children can be simple and fun.
